Fleurry Madness Final Four Unveiled
Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you’ve all been waiting for has almost arrived—we are down to wire in the Final Four to see who will emerge victorious and a seat in the Scratcher’s Design Championship! These states have battled their way to this stage, and now, it’s time to lay everything on the line.
- In one corner, the North Bracket winner, Massachusetts, battles against the South Bracket champion, West Virginia. (If we were accepting illegal bets for the Fleurry Tournament, the lines would be updated to Massachusetts (-400) v. West Virginia, but we aren’t, so stop asking.)
- In the other corner, the Midwest Bracket victor, South Dakota, going toe-to-toe with the West Bracket winner, Arizona. (South Dakota Lottery (-30) v. Arizona Lottery)
These Final Four State Lotteries are hungry for victory, and only two will advance to the Scratchers Design Championship on September 21. Cast your votes now to propel your favorite into the Championship and give them a shot at being crowned the Fleurry Madness’ Scratchers Design Champion.
Voting for the Final Four runs until Wednesday, September 20, at 11:30 p.m. EST.

New Jersey Lottery (NJL) Executive Director James Carey and Council on Compulsive Gambling of New Jersey, Inc. (CCGNJ) Executive Director Felicia Grondin recently teamed up for a video campaign to raise awareness about the “Not 18 Yet? No Bet” initiative. This campaign serves as a reminder that New Jersey law prohibits the sale of lottery tickets to anyone under the age of 18. Both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to responsible play and preventing underage gambling during the event. As part of this effort, NJL has created a brochure offering information about teen betting and signs of potential gambling problems in young people, along with resources for assistance.

Previously, Veikkaus couldn’t use LEIA’s games due to the location of the technical platform in France. The amended Lotteries Act now permits game platforms used by Veikkaus to be located in EU and EEA member states.
