Bradford, 26, turned herself in Thursday morning at police headquarters. She was charged with animal cruelty and tethering a dog to a stationary object.Bradford was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond, and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court June 5.The South Windsor Police Department booking photo of Janiya N.
