Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee is officially expecting twins amid her IVF journey. Recently, it has been speculated that she was pregnant based on clips and photos. After Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee had welcomed her third child, she got her tubes tied. Her last birth was very difficult, and mixing that with her diabetes, it was the best option. Then, she and her husband, Josh, split, and she moved on with Khesanio Hall. They have been very happy together, but he wanted a baby of his own. The couple talked to a doctor about reversing her tubal ligation, yet Mackenzie had a better chance of conceiving via IVF. She ended up with four embryos, and they opted to implant two.

Mackenzie and Khesanio knew that there was a chance for multiples, but it was a risk she was willing to take. As of late, she has not shown herself from the top down. Rather, she hides behind people in photos but that added to the suspicion. She even made a video with her fiance where her shirt accidentally went up, and a bump was exposed. Well, now it is confirmed that the IVF worked, and Mackenzie is expecting twins. She shared the big news on The Drew Barrymore Show that she was pregnant. Then, Drew whispered to Mackenzie that it was twins and asked if they could add that.
That was when the Teen Mom star said that there were two babies in there. She went on to joke that this time, her pregnancy was planned. Drew was beaming over this news and confirmed that Mackenzie McKee was happy and had found the best partner. Immediately, fans popped into the comments to share their excitement for the expectant mom.

Mackenzie McKee is soon to be a mother of five but she is over the moon happy about this. Her IVF journey was covered on Teen Mom, and she just wanted it to be successful.
