EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — A vehicle crash prompted the closure of the right lane of Sunrise Highway in East Patchogue during the morning commute on Wednesday, Suffolk police said.The vehicle crashed into a guardrail, and the right lane was blocked as of 7:10 a.m., according to police.
