Mayonaka Punch’s 2nd Trailer and Key Visual, Theme Song Details, July 8 Premiere Revealed
The upcoming P.A.Works-produced original anime Mayonaka Punch has received a new trailer and key visual, as well as theme song information and a July 8 Japanese premiere date.
The opening song for the video content creation-themed show is “Gimme Gimme” by the characters Ribu (Fairouz Ai), Ichiko (Yuina Ito), Fu (Hina Yomiya), Tokage ( Hitomi Ueda), and Yuki (Ai Kayano ), while the ending song is “Henshuuten” by main protagonist Masaki (Ikumi Hasegawa).
Mayonaka Punch was announced in January and released its first full trailer in March. The new trailer is no less energetic, but spices things up further by revealing that Ribu is actually a vampire. Masaki thinks that Ribu’s superhuman abilities could be what she needs to attain her goal of hitting one million subscribers, and agrees to give herself up to Ribu if her goal can be achieved.
Ya Boy Kongming!‘s Shu Honma is directing the series.
