Maga faithful warn Trump ‘we won’t fall in line’ over Epstein investigation

Donald Trump is facing a revolt from Maga loyalists after defending his attorney general Pam Bondi and her handling of the Epstein files.
The US President hit back at critics for ‘going after’ Bondi, who he insisted was doing a ‘fantastic job’.
Bondi and the Department of Justice denied last week that the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein had a list of elite clients who were sexual predators.
Trump hit out at people he referred to as ‘boys’ and ‘gals’ after that announcement provoked a wave of anger from Maga fans expecting to get names.
He wrote on his Truth Social account: ‘We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and “selfish people” are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein.
However, one of his voters replied below the post to day his statement had ‘broken her heart’.
She wrote: ‘These victims were some ones daughters, sisters, nieces, granddaughter. Someone’s child. Please reconsider, sir. I voted for everything you are doing!’
Another suggested that the President was failing to ‘read the room’ and said that the Maga faithful would not just ‘fall in line’.

Bondi said on July 12, 2025 she had ordered charges to be dropped against a doctor accused of destroying Covid-19 jabs and issuing fake vaccination certificates. The abrupt halt to proceedings comes just days after the trial commenced, and is the latest boost to the vaccine-skeptic movement from President Donald Trump's administration. Back in February Bondi said in an interview with Fox News that the Epstein files were ‘on my desk to review’.
Some users were quick to tell Trump to dismiss his attorney general for allegedly stringing them along for months, MailOnline reported.
One said: ‘She is hiding the truth about satanic child ritual abuse.’
Another was far more blunt, writing: ‘PS – Bondi should be fired.’
Discontent with Trump’s handling of the situation has also spread among senior government members.
FBI head Kash Patel and his deputy Dan Bongino have both threatened to leave their roles if Bondi is not removed.

Meanwhile MAGA arch loyalist Steve Bannon was spotted on Friday at a event where attendees said Trump was ‘covering up for pedophiles’ and had become ‘the deep state’.
However, Trump attacked his Democratic predecessors for not releasing the files earlier.
‘If there was ANYTHING in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?’,he wrote.
‘One year ago our Country was DEAD, now it’s the ‘HOTTEST’ Country anywhere in the World. Let’s keep it that way, and not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about.’
After the President floated the idea of removing TV star Rosie O’Donnell’s US citizenship in another Truth Social post this weekend, the comedian responded by posting a picture of him beside Epstein on her Instagram.
