Brittany Mahomes’ Kids Sterling & Bronze Have Identical Underwhelmed Expressions in an Adorably ‘Over It’ Photo
Brittany Mahomes is the queen of planning family photoshoots. Whether it was her 1-year-old son Bronze Mahomes’s ethereal newborn shoot that we’re still not over, or the laid-back department store chic photoshoots she’s recently done, the outcome is always 10/10.
Well … almost always. Because sometimes the kids are just not in a smiley mood.
Brittany posted a carousel of photos on Instagram from her weekend with husband Patrick Mahomes and kids Bronze and Sterling, and the opening shot is hilarious. Because the Mahomes siblings have the same unimpressed look. Brittany holds Bronze on one hip and Patrick holds 3-year-old Sterling on his other, and even though they are at opposite ends of the photo, the kids somehow have the same straight-mouthed expression and uninterested eyes. Was some kind of sibling intuition responsible?!
What can we say? Sometimes you just don’t want to smile for the camera. Sometimes that’s just how it goes down. (Even for the First Family of Football!) Or maybe something weird was happening behind the camera. In which case, we need deets ASAP!

The matching look of mild disdain wasn’t the only way the kiddos were twinning. They also had their beautiful blonde curls on full display and were decked out in Kansas City Current gear. Brittany is a co-owner of the soccer team, and she and her high school sweetheart were repping the Current as well. Perhaps the best part of the photo is the fact that Brittany and Patrick are beaming while their tots seem to teeter on the edge of a tantrum. (Hopefully, no tears were produced in the making of that shot!)
In fact, this picture has us thinking about their iconic photoshoot with Santa last year. While Saint Nick, Patrick, and Brittany had huge grins on their faces, Bronze and Sterling were not having it. And followers noticed.

We said it then and we’ll say it again now, the pouts in this new picture did not (and should never!) dissuade followers from loving on the Kansas City kiddos. “Literally the cutest family! 😍😍😍” “Those kiddos are beyond cuuuute😍!”
