GALLERY: Smokey Mountain brings the heat on Day 3 of Team Series Challenge Cup
ERIE, Pa. – Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and Luke Clausen and John Hunter of Team Smokey Mountain Herbal Snuff & Pouches were on fire in the second half of Day 3 at the B&W Trailer Hitches Challenge Cup Presented by Toyota, the first event of the fall edition of the 2024 General Tire Team Series Presented by Bass Pro Shops.
The duo came from behind to dislodge Team Kubota (Jacob Wheeler and Dustin Connell) from the second-place position and were soon neck and neck with Team Star Tron (Jacob Wall and Bobby Lane) for the top spot on SCORETRACKER® during Period 3.
Meanwhile, Wesley Strader and Scott Suggs of Team Knighten Industries continued to battle in hopes of making up for their slow morning.
