BERLIN, CT — Local police Monday morning said they're looking for a Berlin man who has been reported missing.The Berlin Police Department has identified the man as being Kenneth Jambard, who was last seen around midnight in the area of Fairview Drive, Berlin.Police said Jambard was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue pants, and black shoes.
