Bow Man Indicted On Sex Trafficking Charges: Superior Court Roundup
CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.Bradley C. Harris, 59, of Evergreen Drive in Bow, on one count of certain uses of computer services prohibited, four counts of trafficking of persons, and seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. Between Jan. 1, 2022, and April 16, he paid a girl to provide him with photos and a video, according to the indictments. Harris was accused of using the Internet to entice a child to send him sexually explicit pictures in Merrimack County on Oct. 14, 2022. Harris was also charged with possessing videos on April 16 in Bow. Sean R. Ipock-Gauthier, 25, of Martinson Lane in Allenstown on a felony pistols & revolver; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a sword in Allenstown on March 5 after previously being convicted on a felony charge.Anas Kenzou, 38, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, on a felony bail jumping charge. According to the indictment, in August 2020, he was released on bail by Merrimack County Superior Court after being charged with intent to distribute and then failed to appear at an evidentiary hearing in Concord on April 12, 2021. He was accused of threatening another person with physical force during a theft in Concord on March 27. Laforest, 63, of Strafford Street in Laconia, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing others in danger on March 17 in Concord while driving a vehicle and causing a crash. Primo “Howie” Leung, 41, currently incarcerated in the North Central Correctional Institution in Gardner, Massachusetts, was indicted on 39 charges on Tuesday, including criminal restraint, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern sexual assault, 16 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-authority position, 16 counts of felonious sexual assault-penetration-victim 13 to 15, two witness tampering-induce another, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was also indicted on a misdemeanor sexual assault-aggravated circ. count. Leung was accused of raping, sexually assaulting, and grabbing a girl between Oct. 1, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2015. He was also accused of trying to convince a second girl to inform police falsely about the nature of a video and-or picture collage that was collected during the investigation and the nature of his relationship with the second girl between Dec. 7, 2018, and April 3, 2019. Leung was also accused of deleting files from electronic devices between Dec. 7, 2018, and Jan. 25, 2019. McJuary, 55, of Pinewood Trail of Concord, was arrested on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge after being accused of driving in Concord on June 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Kristen L.
