The Luka Doncic discourse right now is a bit much, so here’s another reminder: Uplift the content you actually like and ignore the hot takes. We’ve got to deprogram ourselves out of coming on here just to be mad online

Mike Curtis: Final: #Mavs 122, #Celtics 84. Dallas avoids elimination and forces a Game 5 in Boston. Luka Doncic scored 25 of his game-high 29 points in the first half. Kyrie Irving added 21 points and 6 assists. -via Twitter @MikeACurtis2 / June 14, 2024

During his Friday appearance on The Rich Eisen Show before Game 4 of the NBA Finals, Hill stressed the need for the Dallas Mavericks’ franchise player to “grow up” with regard to how he interacts with officials. “I think one the maturity and the gamesmanship that goes into the interacting with officials, you know you have to pick and choose your spots. If you’re constantly getting on them and getting distracted, and getting caught up in that game within the game then you become a problem,” Hill said. “And we’ve seen that from [Doncic] in the regular season, but we’ve also seen it throughout the playoffs and even in this series. So I think if he can grow up from that standpoint, from a leadership standpoint, not being caught up or consumed in that and just playing the game I think that would help him and it help his teammates.” -via Clutch Points / June 14, 2024
Brad Townsend: Jason Kidd on Luka Doncic: Luka’s been great. For whatever reason there have been a lot of personal attacks against him, but he will learn from them and he will come out better for them.” -via Twitter @townbrad / June 14, 2024
Jay King: Kidd said the Mavericks have started walking the ball up the court during the second or third quarters of games. He credited the Celtics for that. It’s clear, though, that he wants Dallas to play faster deeper into the game. -via Twitter @ByJayKing / June 14, 2024
