15-year-old boy killed subway surfing in NYC

A 15-year-old boy was killed subway surfing in Queens early Friday morning, according to police.
The teenager was riding on top of a southbound 7 train when he fell onto the tracks as it pulled into the Queensboro Plaza station around 2:45 a.m., police and sources said.
Disturbing video from the scene shows EMS rushing the bloodied teen out of the subway station in a stretcher.

The 15-year-old was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he died from his injuries.
He was taken to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead less than an hour later.

Police are still investigating the incident.
The Fourth of July tragedy comes just weeks after another teenage boy was critically hurt subway surfing in The Bronx.
The teen fell onto the tracks at the Baychester subway station while he was riding on top of a northbound 5 train on June 16.
