Canterbury Man Indicted On Enticement, Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.Zachary T. Bailey, 32, of an unknown address in Plymouth, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-with intent to distribute-subsequent, and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, all felonies, on May 11 in Franklin.James Barrett, 29, of West River Road in Hooksett, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, clonazepam and meth, charges, on March 3 in Hooksett.Dylan M. Beaudet, 31, of Penny Lane in Chichester, on five motor vehicles; penalties and four reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Dover Road in Chichester on April 4 and April 13, Route 106 in Loudon on April 13, Route 9 in Epsom on April 13, and Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield on April 13, sometimes in a reckless manner, putting others in danger, and driving into oncoming traffic, during a police chase, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2023. Read more about this case here: Chichester Man Arrested After Multi-Town Chase With Troopers, PoliceKimberly Bousquet, 38, of North State Street in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 2, 2024, in Allenstown.Robert Burgess, 40, with the last known address of River Street in Franklin, on two felony stalking charges. He was accused of violating a restraining order on Jan. 3 and March 21 in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, Burgess was convicted of stalking in Franklin District Court in May 2024.Jessica Capille, 36, of Oakwood Avenue in Manchester, on two felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. She was accused of using a debit card owned by another man at restaurants, ATMs, and other businesses, spending more than $1,500, between April 30 and Aug. 20, 2024, in Hooksett.Matthew Sellers, 32, of Fox Run Road in Concord, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing a trailer valued at more than $1,500 owned by Harry-O-Electrical on Nov. 25, 2024, in Loudon. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges in April 2023 in Concord District Court and June 2023 in Merrimack County Superior Court.Connor Smith, 30, of Baptist Road in Canterbury, on manufacture-child sexual abuse images, endangering the welfare of a child, certain use of computer services prohibited, and 12 possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of using Facebook to lure a child under 16 to take pictures of themselves exposing their genitalia between Jan. 20 and Feb. 24, 2024, in Northfield. Smith was accused of possessing videos on April 10, 2024, in Boscawen.Tylor J. Soukone, 39, of Hemp Hill Road in Bristol, on operating after certification as a habitual offender and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving more than 110 mph on Interstate 89 north in Hopkinton and passing vehicles as well as driving more than 100 mph on Route 103 and Route 127 on April 11. At the time, according to the indictment, he was certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in June 2018.Ryan Tacy, 41, of Karen Road in Dunbarton, on nine felony counts of penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to register with Dunbarton police, email addresses on March 19, March 25, March 26, and April 26; Facebook accounts on Feb. 8 and March 13, Reddit accounts on March 11 and May 29, and an Instagram account on May 26. Tacy is a sex offender due to a felony sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than three years and sexual assault convictions in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2011, according to the state of New Hampshire.Do you have a news tip?
