Raúl Grijalva, directly rebuke the executive order for straying from humane immigration promises, expressed in a statement conveying the stark shift from initial campaign commitments, and Republicans cast the latest announcement as another political maneuver, insufficient in the face of an issue they associate with Democratic policy shortfalls.
