SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for April 23-April 29, 2024, as provided by the Southington Police Department.All charges are allegations, not convictions.April 24Victor Jimenez, 51, of Howe Street, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court April 25.Shae Hoxie, 37, of Wolf Den Road, Brooklyn, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny at 10:10 a.m. She was to appear in court April 24.Pashelle Franklin, 30, of Glen Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny at 9:30 a.m. She will appear in court May 8.April 25John Verab, 48, of Stevens Street, East Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10:22 a.m. He was to appear in court April 25.Mohemmed Adem Idres Ferejella, 45, of East Street, New Britain was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:30 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.Jeffrey Fennelly, 39, of Buckingham Street, Watertown, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree larceny; sixth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 25.Joshua Deluco, 34, of Waterville Street, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; possession of drugs within 200 feet of a school; and second-degree breach of peace at 4:12 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.Jayla Lee Campbell, 23, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 1:07 a.m. She will appear in court May 10.April 26Kevin Hubeny, 57, of Buckland Street, Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court April 29.April 27Marcy Laura Pelletier, 45, of Spencer Drive, Middletown, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle without a license; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; and sixth-degree larceny at 12:40 a.m. She will appear in court May 8.Courtnay Lee, 30, of Queest Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5 a.m. She was to appear in court April 29.Michael Cahill, 67, of Mountain Edge Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey a stop sign at 6:10 p.m. He will appear in court May 10.April 29Ethan Angel Nieves, 22, of Crown Ridge, Newington, was charged with third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; first-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief; use of a motor vehicle without permission; first-degree larceny; third-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 1:45 p.m. He will appear in court March 13.George Garcia Torres, 28, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; and second-degree threatening at 5 a.m. He was to appear in court April 29.For all arrests and citations, click on this link.The article Southington Police Logs: April 23-April 29, 2024 appeared first on Southington, CT Patch.
