Teen Curfew Back In Effect In Toms River
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Police Department has resumed its curfew for those under the age of 18 in the town's barrier island communities.The curfew is in effect through Labor Day in Ortley Beach and the northern beaches. Juveniles 17 and under are barred from being out on the streets without an adult from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., police said.
