Price slashed on Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion after sale of double bankrupt star’s former home falls through
THE price of Katie Price’s former Mucky Mansion has been slashed amid struggled to offload the home.
The Sun were the first to reveal that the home had finally been sold to new owners in August but the property has since returned to the market with a lower price tag.

Katie’s home was originally repossessed after she failed to meet payments for two mortgages on the sprawling pad.
It means that the 46-year-old will not actually make a single penny from the sale of the house.
Estate agents originally listed the home for an impressive £1.5million but have since been forced to reduce the price drastically as it returned to market.
A new listing for the house reveals it is now being flogged for £1.35million.
It marks a steep decrease of £150,000 for the nine-bedroom mansion that was central to Katie’s life for many years.
Katie will not see any of the money as it will be swallowed up by the debts the former glamour model ran up against the Sussex home.
The house comes with 12 acres of land and buyers were warned that the property has been blighted after fly tippers illegally dumped rubble in the grounds.
When the home was first listed, a brochure told potential purchasers not to fall into Katie’s empty pool and also warned the land could be contaminated by waste.
An online advert said the pad could be flipped into an “impressive family house” after refurbishment.
Making no mention of its famous former owner, the ad described the property as: “A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.”
Katie – once worth £45million – moved into the mansion ten years ago.
But the pad fell into disrepair as her chaotic personal life and finances spiralled out of control.
In 2022, her attempts to renovate the home featured in Channel 4‘s Katie Price: Mucky Mansion.
The show was eventually axed after two series, shortly before Katie was ordered to move out of the house via an eviction order.
Katie Price's missing millions
At the peak of her career Katie had an estimated fortune of £45m, thanks to her lucrative modelling career, book deals, and TV appearances.
The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.
In a podcast interview earlier this year, she blamed her exes who include Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler and lawyers for her money woes.
She insisted that funding her exes’ lavish lifestyles with cars, watches, luxury holidays and homes left her finances in tatters.
She added: “I went through a breakdown, this is how mine started – lawyers and exes, that is my bankruptcy thing.
“And obviously a bit of HMRC.
“When I had my breakdown, if anyone has been depressed… I don’t know if you’ve ever had depression.
“It starts with depression and you just want to sleep all day and not talk to anyone, the phone would ring and you wouldn’t answer it.’
In March, Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.
Katie was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court but failed to turn up – holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.
Her Mucky Mansion was a bomb site for years after it was burgled, flooded and swamped by an overflowing septic tank.
She finally moved out at the end of May and is renting a four-bed mansion in Sussex.
