“Its a Fu****g Problem” – Joe Rogan Comes Out Brutally Honest on Conor McGregor’s UFC 303 Debacle
Conor McGregor was supposed to make a comeback at the UFC 303 against Michael Chandler, but McGregor pulled out of the clash due to injuries. Initially, the severity of his injuries was hidden from the MMA community but the former dual-weight champion recently came forward to explain why he pulled out of the clash. And since then, that is all the MMA community could speak of, given, some in support and several not so much.
So why did McGregor pull out again? Well, it’s because he injured his pinkie toe in the same injured leg. Sounds a bit absurd? Well, not to Joe Rogan. The multi-million dollar podcaster believes that McGregor was pretty wise to pull out of his clash going against the tide of the MMA community who thought it was just an outlandish toe injury.
Joe Rogan’s wise words for Conor McGregor’s UFC 303 pullout
Rogan recently in a conversation about Conor McGregor on ‘JRE Fight Companion’, added that for McGregor to pull out of a match is already a big deal in itself as he has a record of going into fights injured. “I knew about it in advance. Look, here’s the thing about a broken pinkie toe. When you’ve been kicked as much as Conor, then it’s a fu**ing problem. It’s also the same foot where his leg was snapped, and he went into that fight injured,” said Rogan.
He further added “He[Conor McGregor] never pulled out of any fight before. This is the first time he pulled out, and I think it’s wise. I mean, if you do have a broken toe and you are going into a fight, and you did go into the last fight injured, what if the fu**ing toe became an issue? What if he throws a kick and he smashes it again?

Joe Rogan emphasized the severity of Conor McGregor in this situation as he is not only dealing with a toe injury but also his broken shin which is still in recovery. Well, McGregor is already facing tremendous hate for a pullout. The MMA community believes that he is being over-dramatic but according to professionals, McGregor made the right call.
Doctors in favor of McGregor pulling out of UFC 303
Well, Joe Rogan is not the only huge personality who believes that it was wise for Conor McGregor to pull out of UFC 303, Dr. Brian Sutterer is also in favor of the former dual-weight champion for his UFC 303 fiasco. Sutterer, who recently examined McGregor’s X-ray believes that he made a perfect decision, “Was this an injury warranted of McGregor withdrawing? Yeah, I think so. Absolutely,” said Sutterer.
He further added, “It’s not a fracture that’s going to have that drastic of an effect on your mobility compared to a great toe or a big toe fracture where you’re pushing off and you’re putting a lot more weight through it. But it’s enough of a thing that’s going to affect and throw off your ability to, one, continue your training and keep up your cardio, but then two, feel confident with your footwork, especially when you’re dealing with an athlete who’s coming back from a broken leg. You’re gonna have a lower threshold for being affected by an injury.”
Conor McGregor’s shin injury was enough to make him leave the fighting world, however, he is hellbent on making a comeback. Regardless, unlike the MMA community, professionals believe that McGregor should rest now and come back when he is fully healed.
