Double Homicide Suspect Arrested: Tampa Police
TAMPA, FL — A man was arrested Saturday afternoon after shooting and killing a man and a woman who made allegations against him, according to a Tampa Police Department news release.The department didn’t specify what the allegations were. Robert Webb, 65, went to the garage of an apartment complex in the 1100 block of Ray Charles Boulevard, got into the stairs of the residential building and waited for the victims in the hallway, where he fatally shot them, police said. Officers responded to the scene around 1:15 p.m. They found both victims, who had upper body trauma and were pronounced dead at the scene. Shortly after the shooting, Webb turned himself in, as well as the gun used in the crime, to officers at the scene.
