Clock Tower Grill To Take Guests On Epic Culinary Fall Adventures
BREWSTER, NY — A popular Hudson Valley restaurant is adding a soupçon of adventure and a dash of fun to their recipe book this fall season. Chef/owner Rich Parente, of Clock Tower Grill in Brewster, says that he plans to take guests on a culinary adventure this fall with a series of dinners that are inspired by rare game meats, iconic books and universally beloved films. Guests will be able to try meats rarely seen on restaurant menus at the Annual Game Dinner on October 23, pre-game for Halloween at the Beetlejuice Dinner on October 30, and enjoy the chef's culinary magic at the Harry Potter Dinner on November 13. No matter the theme of the night, the culinary delights are always the star of the show.
