CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — After a 41-year run, the popular Pizza Roma Cranberry on Route 19 will serve its last pie at the end of the month.The impending closure was announced Saturday on the restaurant's Facebook page."It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of Pizza Roma Cranberry on Saturday, June 29th," a post on the page stated. "(We) want to thank the customers and community who had supported us throughout the years."The restaurant owners also expressed gratitude "to the current staff as their dedication kept us going and to the staff that has come and gone, but also returned over the years to lend a helping hand."To the customers that became family over the years - thank you for making our experience extra special. We will be sad to close, but hope we see everyone come by to say goodbye to the staff and food we all love."
