2 Sought In Deadly Quadruple Shooting That Hurt Child

PHILADELPHIA — Two men are wanted in connection with the weekend quadruple shooting that killed two people and left a child hurt. There is $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.According to Philadelphia Police, Virgil Williams, 29, and Lawrence Coleman, 25, are responsible for the shooting that killed Nyfik Johnson and Quron Ross-Weems. The shooting also hurt a woman and a 7-year-old child.Police were called to the 1900 block of West Hunting Park Avenue at about 8:22 p.m. Saturday for a report of a child shot.Officers found two men, later identified as Johnson and Ross-Weems, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.Johnson was shot in his body and head. He was taken to Temple Hospital by police, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. Ross-Weems, also suffered a gunshot wound to the head. He later died at Temple Hospital.A 26-year-old woman was shot once in the left arm, and 7-year-old gild suffered a graze wound to the scalp. Both are in stable condition.Coleman is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Williams is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.
