Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 seeded and diced jalapeño
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Start by combining the flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Next, add the Greek yogurt and chopped jalapeños. Mix all the ingredients until everything is mostly combined. Then, transfer the dough to a flat, clean surface.
Knead the dough until it comes together. If your dough seems a little dry, don’t worry! It will take about two minutes of kneading for it to look as it should.
Once you’ve created a large ball of dough, use a knife to cut it into four equal parts. Roll them out a little and poke a hole into the center of each dough ball. Place them on a lined baking tray and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
