Anthony Edwards has Kevin Harlan screaming ‘ohhhh’ during live TV broadcast of Timberwolves-Mavericks with ‘insane’ play
MINNESOTA Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards caused sports broadcaster Kevin Harlan to go berserk on live television during Sunday’s NBA playoff game.
The sequence occurred in the third quarter of Game 3 between the Timberwolves and the home team Dallas Mavericks, who entered the contest with a 2-0 series lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Minnesota received possession with 6:26 left in the third quarter.
Point guard Nickeil Alexander-Walker passed the ball to Edwards near the three-point line.
The 22-year-old Edwards then took three dribbles and launched himself in the air.
Edwards soared over Mavericks’ center Daniel Gafford and posterized him with a dunk.
And Edwards wasn’t done as he completed his right-handed tomahawk by clutching the rim briefly.
TNT’s play-by-play announcer Harlan quickly gave an extraordinary reaction to the dunk.
“Ohhhh! What a play by Edwards!” Harlan shouted.
Harlan wasn’t the only one on the broadcast who was blown away by the dunk.
“Dunk of the year … This is a spectacular move here by the Ant-man,” TNT color commentator Reggie Miller said.
Edwards’ monster jam was part of a run when he scored eight straight points for the Timberwolves to tie Game 3 at 77.
But it wasn’t enough as Dallas outplayed Minnesota down the stretch for a 116-107 Game 3 victory.
The Mavericks are one win away from their first NBA Finals appearance since the team’s 2011 title run.
Dallas stars Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving combined for 66 points.

Edwards finished with a team-high 26 points but only scored four in the final period.
Timberwolves All-Star power forward Karl Anthony-Towns struggled, posting 14 points on 5-of-18 shooting.
Dallas finished the game with a 14-3 run to send the Timberwolves closer to the brink of a sweep.
“I never think the sky is falling,” said Edwards.
“I’m always positive. I’m always happy. I’ve been through the worst, so the sky is never falling for me.”
Game 4 between the Mavericks and Timberwolves will take place in Dallas on Tuesday at 8:30 pm ET.
