Felon Indicted On Firearm, Intent To Sell Charges: Court Roundup
MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.Joseph Ayoub, 37, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on felonious use of a firearm, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He possessed a Sig Sauer handgun and a shotgun after being convicted of robbery in Rockingham County Superior Court while also possessing more than 5 ounces of marijuana while also being convicted on a prior drug offense on Jan. 22 in Manchester, according to the indictment.Robert Barry, 60, last known to be incarcerated at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester, on two attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, two felonious sexual assault, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between Nov. 13, 1994, and Feb. 27, 1998, in Antrim, he was accused of touching a girl in a teepee and inside a truck. Between Nov. 13, 1994, and Feb. 27, 1998, Barry was accused of attempting to rape the girl on a wooden table in Antrim and a bedroom floor in Hillsboro. Between Nov. 13, 1994, and Feb. 27, 1998, in Antrim and Hillsboro, he fondled, sexually assaulted, and raped the girl, according to the indictment. Ishaya Benson, 22, of Amory Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of waving a knife in the direction of another person on Jan. 16 in Manchester. Justin Blanchard, 38, of Calef Road in Manchester on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Sept. 11, 2023, in Goffstown. Teanna Bryson, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of acting in concert with another to push and punch a person while stealing items from Macy’s on June 21, 2023, in Manchester.Tyler Newman, 31, of Lowell Street in Manchester on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of preventing a woman from leaving a dwelling in Manchester on Dec. 14, 2023, by physical force.Megan O’Brien, 31, of Water Street in Keene on a felony illegal possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Dec. 20, 2023, in Manchester.James Odam, 47, of Maple Street in Manchester on illegal possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, falsifying physical evidence, and illegal possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing more than a gram of crack and fentanyl and removing a plastic bag to impair an investigation on Nov. 27, 2023, in Manchester.Stephen O’Neil, 51, of Cottage Lane in New London on two theft by unauthorized taking and two deceptive forestry business practices charges, all felonies. He was accused of buying and selling timber to Hull Forest Products Sawmill without remunerating LandVest, the land owner, according to a written contract in Hillsborough County, between June 13 and Dec. 19, 2022. James J. Peretti III, 48, of Meetinghouse Road in Merrimack on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from the Foundry Restaurant LLC in Manchester between June 2018 and May 2022.
