He sells and installs security systems alongside his brother, John McManus, who’s had a tumultuous relationship with Thais. Thais Ramone and Patrick Mendes previously made headlines after sharing their transformation journey. The 90 Day Fiance stars met a surgeon who would work on their faces, which also got featured in their 90 Day: Diaries episode. According to Patrick, he hasn’t been confident about himself because he has been exercising for almost his entire life.
Due to this, he believes getting Botox would boost his self-esteem. He stated, “It’s been really hard because I’ve used exercise my entire life really to deal with anxiety or depression.” Patrick also wanted to make changes to his face to get rid of his “baby face,” which he had mentioned to his wife many times. He continued, “So, who knows, maybe the Botox will give me some confidence even though it’s not going to solve all my problems.” Thais, who recently had rhinoplasty, fully supported her husband.

A reality TV fan page, @90dayfianceupdate, recently reuploaded Patrick Mendes and Thais Ramone’s photos showing off their new look. According to the page, Thais’ rhinoplasty healed beautifully. It’s also noticeable that Patrick now has more confidence to the camera with his latest Botox. He looked much younger, and some 90 Day Fiance fans even struggled to recognize the couple.
