DETROIT — A new fast-casual dining spot is coming to downtown Detroit.Sweetgreen, known for its fresh and healthy meals, is planning to open a new spot in the One Campus Martius building along Woodward Avenue. The restaurant will be next to Adelina.Sweetgreen did not say exactly when the restaurant will open.
