When ABC announced shows renewed for the fall schedule, Bachelor Nation fans noticed that the flagship Bachelor show didn’t get a renewal. That might be for the simple reason that the network gave the green light for a second season of The Golden Bachelor. The senior spinoff will air on Wednesdays this fall.
Season 10 of Bachelor In Paradise returns in July after skipping the 2024 TV season. The network put The Bachelorette on pause this year, sparking fears for The Bachelor. However, since that show usually airs in January, there’s still time for ABC to renew it for a milestone Season 30 in early 2026.

Reality TV Alum Claims Comedian Ruined Her Career
One reason why fans think The Bachelor show is failing is focusing on the villains instead of the lead’s love story. Corinne Olympios was the villain of Nick Viall’s season. Her provocative behavior caused issues with the other women, and viewers didn’t like it either. While viewers weren’t fond of her, Nick was. She left the show in fourth place and went on to join Season 4 of Bachelor In Paradise.
An incident between Corrine and DeMario Jackson led to the show temporarily pausing production. While the show resumed filming, neither of them continued with the season. According to multiple sources, the producers stopped filming because they were concerned Corrine couldn’t consent to an act of intimacy. However, she’s since spoken out that the situation was mutual.

She’s appeared on several reality shows since then, including House Of Villains, Below Deck, and Worst Cooks In America. She’s also active on social media. In one recent video, the reality star spilled the tea about a movie cameo that never made it to screens.
According to the Bachelor alum, she had a cameo in an unreleased movie where a well-known comedian had a kissing scene with another man. She said that the comedian paid a lot of money to get the film canceled so it wouldn’t ruin his image.
Fans Guess The Name Of Comedian
Corinne Olympios has two acting credits on her IMDb. She was in Reboot Camp in 2020 and starred in Attack of the Amish in 2021 alongside General Hospital‘s Kristen Vaganos, who plays Molly on the ABC soap opera. The movie was written by Tyler Perry and he also had a role in the flick.
Since that movie was released, it’s unlikely he’s the comedian she was talking about. Bachelor Nation fans took to a social media site to speculate who it was. One fan thought it might have been Kevin Hart. Another wondered if it was Bachelorette star Katie Thurston’s husband, Jeff Arcuri, whom she married earlier this year amid a breast cancer diagnosis.
But the most popular guess was Matt Rife. He exploded practically overnight after becoming famous on TikTok for his comedy. He’s had several Netflix specials.
