ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Are you looking to help those in need? Faith-based nonprofit Orange County Rescue Mission just issued an urgent call for food donations amid the statewide homeless crisis. The nonprofit is collecting food at its Tustin headquarters seven days a week, and serving up healthy meals for people facing food insecurity in Orange County.“Homelessness can affect anyone, even in affluent areas such as Orange County,” OC Rescue Mission President Bryan Crain said. “In addition to providing the basic needs of shelter and healthy food, we also train and educate people to develop life skills and vocations skills to become self-sufficient.”Orange County Rescue Mission serves food to people living on its campuses and to families in need throughout Orange County.
