Star Trek: Discovery's Sonequa Martin-Green and David Ajala prepare us for the series finale, talking legacy and "passing the baton"
We're here now on the precipice of the final voyage of Star Trek: Discovery, with the season finale just days away (May 30th, in fact). Here on the eve of the end, key members of the cast and crew came to London's MCM Comic Con (in person and via remote) for the show's official finale panel - and much of the talk was about the end, and what's next."Its goes beyond words," Michael Burnham actor Sonequa Martin-Green says when asked about the impending finale. "Now having seen the finale season play out, it has impacted me even more. I feel like I have the distance from it and process it even more wholistically and objectively. I think it is going to be the gift that keeps on giving."Michelle says that "We didn't find out until we were well into season five that this would be the last season," says co-showrunner Michelle Paradise.
