Beyond The Gates' Preview Week Of June 23: Hayley’s Miscarriage Woes, Martin’s Shocking Ted Discovery, Anita’s ConcernBeyond the Gates spoilers suggest that the CBS soap just dropped its promo for the week of June 23-27, and it looks like another five explosive days in the land of Fairmont Crest.
There’s worry that Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) could have a miscarriage, while Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) gets shocking news.
Plus, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) is concerned about her family. Find out more about what’s set to unravel on the new CBS soap, below.
Hayley Hamilton’s Miscarriage Woes
The Beyond the Gates preview for June 23-27 opens with Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) in front of the nurse’s stations, having a meltdown as Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) watches.
The nurse retorts, “You think Hayley is pretending to be in pain?” – as a clip flashes of Hayley slumped over in her house, holding onto her stomach. Dani replies, “She faked the fetus to hold onto the man, and now it’s hard to fake a swollen belly, so now she’s faking a miscarriage and trying to pin it on me!”
Will Hayley lose the child she was carrying? Was she pretending? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
Martin Richardson’s Shocking Discovery
As the BTG promo progresses, the next clip is a shocking one. Martin can be heard saying, “What the heck?”
As he walks into a room with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis), Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett), Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik), Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy), and his father, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), all gathered in it.
As Martin tries to digest everything, he questions why his grandfather is pulling his dad into this, as Vernon tells his grandson that he’s known all along.
Martin turns to his dad and says, “Tell me that’s not true.” The look on Ted’s face seems to indicate otherwise. So, Ted knew about Martin’s secret from the beginning? Uh-oh, yet another lie he’s kept from Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix)!
Meanwhile, the next scene shows Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hawthorne) talking to his wife, Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit), as he says, “What if this is just the first layer?”
Naomi replies, “But I thought Elon explained that away.” It looks like Jacob may go digging into the Marcel/Joey/Elon pay-off and end up exposing a Dupree scandal!
Anita Dupree Returns!
Finally, the good news is that the Beyond the Gates preview for June 23-27 shows Anita is back from her Articulettes reunion rehearsals from out of town, as she and Vernon are shown in an embrace in their home.
Still, Anita asks her husband, with a concerned look on her face, “Is there something you’re not telling me about our kingdom?” As they hug, Vernon’s face looks worried.
