MANCHESTER, CT — Authorities seized a large amount of a potent narcotic and an altered gun as part of an investigation into drug ales out of Manchester, according to an incident report. On May 30, members of the East Central Narcotics Task Force the DEA's Tactical Diversion Squad and Manchester Police Department, served an arrest warrant at 106 Birch Street, Apt. 3, as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, according to an incident report.The target of the investigation was 27-year-old Dyzhae Richardson authorities said.Richardson, of Manchester, was taken into custody and charged with the sale of narcotics (Fentanyl), possession of narcotics with the intent to sell (Fentanyl), operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a firearm, negligent storage of a firearm, altering marks on firearm and risk of injury to a minor ( two counts).Richardson was held over the weekend on $500,000 in total bonds, authorities said.
