Jen never skips breakfast. "I love breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day," she dished in a video for Harper's Bazaar. Her go-to order? Eggs. "I always like to switch up my eggs," she said. Sometimes she opts for plain eggs and others she "will go crazy," cooking up creative scrambles with onion, tomato, spinach, mushroom, organic brown eggs (two whites and one full egg) with cheese and cooked with olive oil. On the side she will eat mashed up avocado for healthy fats and added protein.

If I'm craving something, I am going to eat it." Chicken parm and penne alla vodka are her go-to cheat meals.
