MINNESOTA — St. Paul ranks No. 34 and Worcester lands at No. 89 in a new analysis of the nation's safest cities. The report comes from the personal finance website WalletHub.The study doesn't only consider crime when weighing which cities are the safest."Threats to safety in the U.S. come in many forms, from public health crises and natural disasters to mass shootings and traffic accidents," according to WalletHub.
