Peabody In-Person, Early Voting For General Election Begins Saturday
PEABODY, MA — Peabody residents looking to cast their ballot early for the Nov. 5 general election can do so starting on Saturday at City Hall.Two weeks of in-person, early voting begins Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Early voting will continue Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday fro 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The same schedule will be in effect next week with early voting concluding on Nov. 1.Mail-in ballots have been mailed to all residents who requested one. Applications are available here.There are ballot drop off boxes at City Hall, 24 Lowell Street, at the handicap-accessible entrance and also in front of the Peabody West Branch Library, 603 Lowell Street.Those who requested a mail-in ballot and did not receive it should contact the City Clerk’s office at 978-538-5756.
