'Khapta Rahunga Toh Aapke Liye...': PM Modi's Powerful Address At Gujarat Rally
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a rally in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where he laid the foundation stones for multiple development projects worth over Rs 8,000 crores and inaugurated the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail. Addressing the crowd, PM Modi said, "Jiyunga toh aapke liye, jhukta rahunga toh aapke liye, ji-jaan se khapta rahunga toh aapke liye (I will live for you, I will remain humble for you, and I will work with all my heart for you)".In a veiled attack at Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, the PM pointed out how some elements within the country are attempting to derail progress. "On one hand, the citizens of the country want to make India a global brand ambassador, while on the other hand, some negative elements within the country are working against it."Expressing concerns about divisive politics, PM Modi said, "Sardar Patel unified everyone, but those greedy for power want to tear the country apart. These people are targeting Gujarat; we must stay alert and keep a watch."In his first visit to Gujarat after taking the oath as Prime Minister for the third term, Modi expressed gratitude to his supporters, saying, "You all have shown and given massive love and support to me... This is my birthplace, and I am grateful that you have come here to bless me... After 60 years, the country took a decision and created history. They chose the same government to serve the country for the third term... This is a big event of Democracy of the country."The Prime Minister also talked about fulfilling his promises made during the election. "During the Lok Sabha elections, I guaranteed the countrymen that unprecedented decisions would be taken in the first 100 days of my third term. In the last 100 days, I spared no effort to fulfil the agenda of 100 days. I left no stone unturned in India and abroad," he said."During these 100 days, work has commenced on projects worth Rs 15 lakh crore. I promised during the elections to construct 3 crore new houses, and we are making rapid progress on this," he added.
