On300 WR Phillip Bell III previews his official visit to Georgia

Mission Viejo (Calif.) On300 receiver Phillip Bell III is back at Georgia this weekend for his official visit.
The Bulldogs are battling the likes of Ohio State, USC and Tennessee.
“I’m excited to see how they operate the OV,” Bell told On3. “I’m excited to see how they can talk to me more about developing me as a wide receiver and how they treat me and my family.
“This is one of the last visits I would take to Georgia so all in all I’m just hoping for a great visit. And I’m just excited to see how they put everything together and will see if this is the fit for me.”
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Bell already knows Georgia is a place he could be successful.
“It’s a great program that always wants to be the best,” Bell said. His official visit will include the Kirby Smart scavenger hunt.
“They’re the most physical team in the country and it’s just a great program all in all. I wouldn’t say they’ve had the best development with receivers but they’ve got receivers out and are still getting multiple guys to the league every year, so I feel like if you go in and ball at any position you have a great opportunity to go to the league.”
Next up for Bell is official visits to Washington on May 31, Ohio State on June 14, Tennessee on June 18 and USC on June 21.
The On3 Industry ranks Bell as the nation’s No. 18 receiver and No. 160 prospect overall.
