The trailer for Venom: The Last Dance is finally here, and fans could not be more excited for the film. The ultimate installment in Sony’s Venom franchise, it will see Tom Hardy reprise his iconic role for the third time among other cast members. Aside from Hardy and other pivotal characters, the recently released trailer also confirmed the involvement of the villainous Knull in the project. As such, speculations around who will be taking up the mantle of Knull have begun to surface, with many suggesting the name of Norman Reedus. But do these rumors hold any amount of credibility?

Will Norman Reedus play Knull in Venom 3: The Last Dance?
At the time of writing, Reedus’ recruitment in the movie, in any capacity, has not been revealed. Moreover, the movie’s creators have yet to reveal the actor who will be portraying the God of symbiotes.
While the trailer briefly mentioned the character’s name, it failed to reveal his face, shrouding the actor who’ll play him in mystery. The snippet only showcased two blink-it-and-you’ll-miss-it scenes featuring the entity’s residing place. Nevertheless, multiple sources have claimed that it is actually Norman Reedus who has been cast as Knull. As per a source on X, the Walking Dead actor has already been recruited as the extraterrestrial being.
Despite all the rumors, there is no official confirmation as to who will be playing Knull in Venom: The Last Dance. The confirmed lead cast of Venom 3, headed by Tom Hardy, includes Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, and Rhys Ifans. Additional on-screen members also include Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach, and Stephen Graham. It will also mark the end of Hardy’s tenure as Venom, provided that he does not transition into the MCU.
The movie is currently scheduled for an October 25, 2024 release.
