The stationer said it wanted to open the same amount “each year over the medium term” in an update to investors.
It came as it revealed its UK travel sales grew by 15% in the 20 weeks leading up to January 20, compared to the same period in 2023.
Meanwhile, bakery giant Greggs opened two 24-hour airport branches in 2023 as it increases its presence across the UK.
In September last year, Pret a Manger said it wanted to open a branch inside Glasgow Airport.
