Tempers flare in Lions-49ers game as Jauan Jennings is brutally shoved into crowd
By OLIVER SALT
San Francisco 49ers receiver Jauan Jennings was pushed over an end-zone barrier and into the crowd after a fiery scuffle with Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph on Monday night.
Midway through the first quarter at Levi's Stadium, Jennings and Joseph dragged each other over to the barrier separating the end zone from the crowd before tempers flared.
After leaping to their feet Joseph shoved Jennings into a row of spectators before casually strolling over and slapping his rival, who got back up and pushed the Lions star before an official and teammates intervened.
