Willow Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage, expired vehicle registration, improper turn signal, and was arrested at 9:05 p.m. May 1, at N. Arlington Heights and McHenry roads. She was released and assigned a court date of May 15. Jaqueline Martinez, 23, of the 1000 block of Kenilworth Drive, Wheeling, is accused of DUI alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 12:03 a.m. May 6, in the 300 block of E. Dundee Road. She was released and assigned a court date of May 22. DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSELuis G. Carrero Aguilar, 22, of the 800 block of W. Panorama Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving on a revoked license, using an electronic communication device while driving, and was arrested at 6:18 p.m. May 3, at Deerfield Parkway and Highland Grove Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of May 17. Terrence B. Hunt, 31, of the 3100 block of Medford Court, Streamwood, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, having an expired registration, and was arrested at 5:23 p.m May 6, in the 600 block of W. Lake Cook Road. He was assigned a court date of June 14. LAST WEEK'S BLOTTER: Man Pulls Out Knife, Slashes Driver's Tires — Buffalo Grove PD BlotterINCIDENTSCRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTYPolice responded to US Bank, 1 W Dundee Road, at 3:09 a.m. May 6, for a report of three to four people were "messing" with the ATM. When police arrived, the group exited the west entrance to the bank in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and a silver Audi sedan. They vehicles traveled south on Buffalo Grove Road at a high rate of speed, and didn't pull over when prompted by police. They fled the scene. Police returned to the bank and found a metal chain in the parking lot near the ATM. The front of the ATM had been pulled off, but the safe door was intact. THEFTA resident in the 2000 block of Avalon Drive reported at 4:30 p.m. May 7, that her Amazon package had been stolen. She had received a notification it had been delivered, but when she returned home, she found the package empty.
