Michael Cera Looks Like a Totally New Person With This Shocking & Dramatic Hair Transformation
Okay, but 2024 has been a big hair transformation year. So many of our favorite celebrities have been donning colorful new hairstyles that no one expected, including some beloved male celebrities. Mike Myers made headlines for his white hair, and now, Michael Cera is making headlines for his dramatic hair change.
In case you missed it, on June 8, Cera arrived at the Tribeca Festival. Specifically, he arrived for the premiere of Sacramento at BMCC Tribeca PAC. And when he arrived, he was rocking a totally different hairstyle than we’ve ever seen from him.

As you can see, Cera ditched his straight, floppy dark hair for blonde curls! For the event, he donned his usual casual, relaxed style, opting for a cream sweater and blue jeans this time. He also paired the look with red-tinted sunglasses, brown shoes, and a white button-down underneath the sweater.
And while this is a nice summer fit, we need to talk about the curls. The bleach-blonde hairdo came as a total shock.
Truly, the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World actor looks like a totally different person!
We’ve seen his curly hair before and have seen different hairstyles from him in the past. This one is a total 180 from his usual look, and we’re kinda obsessed?! It’s unclear if this is for his role, an upcoming role, or just a spur-of-the-moment kind of deal; but no matter, we love that he shook things up with his new look.
