Woman who ‘cut off boyfriend’s penis & threw it in trash’ charged with murder as cops reveal horror actions after attack
A GIRLFRIEND has been charged with murder after allegedly cutting off her boyfriend’s penis and throwing it in the trash during a heated argument.
Shenting Guo, 32, was arrested on Tuesday night after she called cops to the Woodspring Suites in Colorado where they found her partner naked and unresponsive.

The man, whose name has not yet been released by authorities, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“She said she was not trying to kill him, but admitted to stabbing him because she was ‘so angry,’” an affidavit, obtained by The Daily Sentinel, states.
Guo claimed she and the man had gotten into an argument earlier and he wouldn’t let her go to sleep.
She said she threatened to stab him and ended up doing so later that morning, according to the affidavit.
Guo told a police officer that she thought the victim had “got her pregnant again,” the affidavit says.
This created a heated issue about whether the man in question was the father, the affidavit states.
In the middle of the argument, Guo attacked the man and stabbed him in the leg, according to the affidavit.
She then allegedly cut his penis off, which was later found by authorities in the trash can.
Guo claimed that after the attack occurred, she didn’t think the victim was in any pain.
She went shopping at a nearby store to pick up antibiotics, rubbing alcohol, and a beer, the affidavit alleges.
However, during her store run she is said to have noted how she forgot to pick up bandages.
That day, the victim told Guo that he felt cold and thought he was going to die, the affidavit stated.
As a remedy, Guo was said to have given the man, ibuprofen and “greens.”
Around 9 pm, the 32-year-old called the police about an unresponsive male and would be described as “hysterical” to the dispatcher.
Police found the man lying on his back on a blood-stained bed with a stab wound and “apparent trauma to his genitalia.”
The difference between first, second, and third degree murder
On May 14, Guo was charged with second degree murder for the death of her boyfriend, but what does that mean?
First-degree murder: This can be described as an “unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought“. This usually holds the longest sentence and is reserved for premeditated or intentional killings.
Second-degree murder: Second-degree murder can be defined as any type of unlawful killing that is done with malice aforethought but without premeditation.
Third-degree murder: This can be described as the unintentional or unlawful killing of a human being while committing a nonviolent felony, except for certain drug felonies. This only exists in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota.
According to police, she told the officer at the scene to “arrest her now,” and confessed to what had happened.
Guo was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
As of now, the name of the man and his cause of death are not being disclosed to the public.
The Mesa County Coroner’s Office is responsible for releasing the victim’s identity.
It’s not yet known if Guo has retained an attorney.
She is scheduled to appear in court on May 22.
