Man Accused Of Threatening To Burn Building Surrenders To Police
ARLINGTON, VA — A 37-year-0ld Arlington Man is facing multiple charges, including indecent exposure, after he threatened to burn down a residential building near Stratford Park on Wednesday afternoon.Officers responded around 2:46 p.m. for the report of a possible argument inside a residence in the 4300 block of Lorcom Lane. Police determined that a man was suspected of throwing objects from his balcony into a parking lot. Officers tried to make contact with the man, who was still inside his residence. Police confirmed that the man was the only occupant and that he was seen exposing himself on the balcony and made threats to burn down the building.ACPD's Emergency Response Team, including negotiators, responded to the scene to lend their assistance. Around 11 p.m., police arrested 37-year-old Isaac Meals and charged him with making threats to burn the building and indecent exposure.
