Brooklyn Made' Downtown BK Store To Offically Open Next Week
BROOKLYN, NY —Brooklyn Made, a store selling borough-produced goods and products, will officially open its second location in downtown Brooklyn next Friday. The new store will be opening at City Point and will feature international products from global artisans of some of the countries the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce has partnered with, including Brooklyn Loom in Pakistan, as well as goods sourced from El Salvador and Singapore, officials said. Shoppers can visit the new location from 11 a.m.to 7p.m. at 445 Albee Square West.The Brooklyn Made Store is excited to expand to a new location at City Point. We hope this new spot will help grow the customer base for all the local makers we are proud to feature at our store,"Gabby Napolitano, creative director of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, said. The brand-new City Point location was designed by local Brooklyn architect and contractor Gurri Design and Rebuild. The opening comes a year after the launch of its first store in Sunset Park’s Industry City.
