UPPER TWP., NJ — State police are seeking the public's assistance with a personal watercraft theft from a Cape May County home.At about 12:30 a.m. on May 28, someone stole two jet skis and a double personal watercraft trailer from the front of a home on Railroad Avenue in Upper Township, according to New Jersey State Police.
