Peyton Manning addresses rumors his brother Cooper got Texas flags flown at Ann Arbor hotel
Ahead of the Top-10 matchup between No. 3 Texas and No. 10 Michigan, Peyton Manning has addressed a certain rumor going around town in Ann Arbor.
Earlier this week, The Graduate Hotel, which is five minutes up the street from The Big House, had flags of both teams flying outside. With that, some hearsay suggests that Cooper Manning, one of the Manning brothers and father of Arch Manning, Texas’ backup quarterback, made that happen due to his involvement and connection to the business.

On Friday, Manning answered a question about that during an appearance on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’.
“I have not heard this,” said Manning. “Cooper is in the hotel business. The Graduate is kind of one of their top hotels. There’s one in Knoxville, there’s one in Columbus, there’s one in Ann Arbor. They have room keys with the famous alums on there.”
“I have not heard that but that ‘ought to get this game and rivalry started pretty quick.”
