Who are the top prospects expected to camp at Penn State this weekend?
Penn State is set to host its second prospect camp of the summer tomorrow afternoon. This week’s camp could end up being one of the best we see this year, with eight scholarship players confirming they plan to attend. That includes 2025 tight end commit Matt Henderson. He’ll make the trip with his younger teammate, 2026 wide receiver Ben Whitver. Other notable 2026 prospects include offensive line prospects Carter Scruggs and Brendan Alexander, safety Zahir Cobb and cornerback Jakob Weatherspoon. Both Scruggs and Weatherspoon already rank inside the On300 and hold four-star ratings.
But in addition to those who already hold an offer from Penn State, Blue White Illustrated has also confirmed two dozen prospects who hold at least one scholarship offer currently from a Football Bowl Subdivision school.
Penn State fans can check out the confirmed list of recruits below.
