Roguelikes flood Xbox Game Pass in March

Xbox Game Pass is adding a bunch of roguelikes for paying subscribers in March. In addition to Balatro, which joined the Game Pass lineup on Feb. 24, the service is also getting deckbuilder Monster Train, firearm-dense dungeon-crawler Enter the Gungeon, and largely co-op-focused 33 Immortals in the early weeks of March.
And while I haven’t played Mullet Madjack, the name alone is strong enough to make me want to check it out. The full release schedule is as follows:

Balatro (cloud, console, PC) – Feb. 24
Monster Train (cloud, console, PC) – March 4
Galacticare (console) – March 5
One Lonely Outpost (cloud, console, PC) – March 6
Enter the Gungeon (cloud, console, PC) – March 11
Mullet Madjack (cloud, console, PC) – March 13
33 Immortals (cloud, console, PC) – March 18 via Game Preview

Sadly, this is also the first month in recent memory where the games leaving Game Pass are better than those being added. Not only is the service losing Lies of P — by far the best Soulslike not developed by FromSoftware — but also No More Heroes 3, the nostalgic SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, and both Yakuza 5 Remastered and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. Here’s the full list of games departing on March 15:

Evil West (cloud, console, PC)
Lies of P (cloud, console, PC)
No More Heroes 3 (cloud, console, PC)
Solar Ash (cloud, console, PC)
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated (cloud, console, PC)
Yakuza 5 Remastered (cloud, console, PC)
Yakuza 6: The Song of Life (cloud, console, PC)

As always, more info can be found on Xbox Wire.
