NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Milling and repaving operations are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 8 on two roadways in Northampton Township.Worthington Mill Road between Second Street Pike in Northampton Township and Swamp Road in Wrightstown Township is scheduled to be milled and paved starting on Wednesday, May 8 continuing through May 23. Weekday periodic lane closures are expected between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.Route 232 (2nd Street Pike) between Bustleton Pike in Northampton Township and Swamp Road in Wrightstown Township is scheduled to be milled and paved starting on Wednesday, May 8 and continuing through May 23. Work is scheduled between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Periodic lane closures are expected.Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
